The Compassion Community Care Center (C4) is located at the Compassion United East Campus in Montgomery County, Texas. C4 operates with the mission of providing practical resources and assistance to individuals in need within the community. Partnering agencies provide resources within Montgomery County. An overview of the services and support offered by C4 are as follows;
Basic Needs Assistance: C4 offers assistance with essential needs such as food, clothing, and emergency shelter. Clients can receive clothing and household vouchers for Unique Resale, helping them access clothing and household items.
Medical Care: C4 provides medical support to individuals who require medical services. This likely includes access to essential healthcare services or referrals to partner healthcare organizations.
Financial Assistance: The center offers financial support through mortgage and rental payment assistance. This assistance helps individuals and families facing financial hardship to maintain stable housing.
Utility Payment Assistance: C4 provides vouchers for emergency shelter assistance with utility payments. This support can help individuals and families facing utility disconnections or financial difficulties related to utility bills.
Prescription Medication Assistance: C4 assists individuals in accessing prescription medications. This is crucial for those who may not have the financial means to purchase necessary medications.

Interfaith Community Clinic offers non-emergency medical care on a sliding-scale payment option (income-based). Interfaith also provides referrals to Lone Star or the hospital if needed outside their mobile lab capacity.

Community Assistance Center offers assistance with rent and utilities, food, clothing, acquiring essential documentation such as Social Security, driver’s licenses, and application support for state assistance.

Please call for financial assistance (rent/mortgage/utilities) to schedule an appointment.
The appointment line is open Tuesday – Friday from 1:00 pm – 4:00 pm Due to the volume of clients, walk-in appointments are not readily available. All services will require that you bring a variety of documentation. Lack of documentation could prevent or delay the receipt of services.
You do not need an appointment for food or clothing assistance at our Central office. If you need financial assistance services, Call the Community Assistance Center when the appointment line is open.
When Scheduling an appointment with a Case Manager, please bring the following items with you to your appointment:
Picture ID for the applying client and everyone residing in the household who is 18 years of age or older
Social Security documents for every household member
Proof of household income for the last 30 days
Utility bill, rental/lease agreement, mortgage statement, original prescription, etc. Depending on the type of assistance you are requesting, you may also need to provide;
Proof of unexpected financial crisis within the last 60 days, which has made it difficult for you to pay your expenses
Please note that more documents may be requested after your interview with a Case Manager based on the services requested.
